I enjoy teaching group fitness because I want to help each member evolve into the best versions of themselves. Not just to get physically fitter and stronger, but to help them release stress and develop positive mental health through fitness. We push through tough workouts together! We are a family. We are 1Tribe!
I love teaching Group Fitness because of the camaraderie and accountability. We enjoy our classes so much that we keep coming back for more. Our instructors and members motivate us to give it our 100% and even more. The team effort gives us the right amount of intensity and enjoyment. I’m here to motivate and challenge our members and they in turn do the same for me. It’s so empowering and rewarding to progress our fitness goals together!
